At Omnia, we are always delighted to welcome new tenants to our offices, and this year we have had a large influx of new tenants at Townend House based in Walsall! This is exciting news, especially as at the close of 2017 there was a 10.6% increase in the market for serviced offices. And so, this increase in tenants and, consequently, an increase in prospective tenants keeps us on our toes and we are keen to support all new and existing tenants in any way we can.

Let us know about your experience at Townend House; at Omnia we think that it is a superb office space set in a great location! It is situated in the town centre of Walsall, so if you’re new to the area be assured that there are plenty of eateries and shopping facilities on your doorstep, as well as the train station and other travel links. Alternatively, if you’re a driver, Townend House has on-site parking, as well as having easy access to the M6, M5 and M42 and the Birmingham relief road.
