We are proud to announce that Omnia celebrates a decade in business! Thousands of residents and businesses have been able to put down roots and expand across the region over the last decade, thanks to Omnia Property Group.
Omnia Property Group has helped local businesses, residents and students to find their perfect property since 2005, by offering flexible and affordable space in a range of different schemes across the city.
The Queen Street business is now celebrating its tenth anniversary and boasts the management of 1,000,000 square feet of office space, 1500 residential properties and 600 student beds across the UK, equating to over £350,000,000 worth of property in total. It employs more than 40 people.
Schemes it has seen come to fruition and now manages in Sheffield include Omnia One business centre, Portabello Point Student building, Portland Square retail centre in Bakewell and a number of serviced office buildings in Birmingham, Leicester, London and Scotland

Omnia has established four distinct business divisions – Omnia Offices, Omnia Space, Omnia Estates and Omnia Residential since its inception ten years ago. Omnia Offices manages commercial office buildings, retail and industrial property, Omnia Space is involved with student lettings and management, Omnia Estates specialises in Residential Block Management and Omnia Residential provides letting and management services to individual landlords and tenants. The management teams of all four sectors work closely with landlords to ensure maximum returns on investment.
