Grundfos Pumps relocate to Alba Pavilions, Livingston

GVA James Barr are pleased to announce that Grundfos Pumps relocate to Alba Pavilions, Livingston. Their Scottish arm of the business has chosen Alba Business Park and have taken 1 floor in the Alba Pavilions, extending to 1,765 sq ft of office space.

Acting on behalf of Omnia Offices, the letting team signed Grundfos to a five year lease with a 3 year break option. Grundfos had previously occupied industrial/office premises on Kirkton Campus and were in the market for more appropriate office space to suit their needs.
